December Snow (2008)

Snowy Morning
On Dec. 30th, sometime after midnight, it started snowing in earnest. We had received 6 inches of snow by morning, and snow is still falling at a rate of 1 inch/hour. Al’s trip out of town to work on the repeater at the Autovon site has been canceled, so he’s soon on his way back home.
Through the Window
On the 15th of the month, I took this photograph through the window of the back door. It was snowing, and the temperatures were frigid. Love the mist and frost on the window pane!

Rascal enjoys the snow and often burrows into a snowbank to see what he can find.
